KWhen registering for training and providing training services, authorized school employees generally collect the following personal data:
first name, last name;
personal identification number;
telephone, e-mail, address;
employment status;
place of work/study;
level of education;
training needs;
preferences regarding learning conditions.
Nordic Odin OÜ Koolituskeskus needs this personal data to register the client for training, conclude a contract, prepare training materials, and, if necessary, to forward information to third parties (including the Unemployment Insurance Fund) and issue documents.
Since Nordic Odin OÜ Koolituskeskus has submitted a notice of economic activity regarding the provision of further training, it is obliged to comply with the Adult Education Act. Accordingly, the certificates and certificates of the continuing education center comply with the Continuing Education Standard and contain the person's name and personal identification code (§ 3, subsection 3, clause 1).
Personal data is collected on the basis of the Adult Education Act, the Continuing Education Standard, the Income Tax Act, project regulations, and the terms and conditions of the study organization of Nordic Odin OÜ Koolituskeskus.
