Nordic Odin OÜ Koolituskeskus offers further training to legal entities and private individuals, the organization of which involves the need to process customers' personal data. Nordic Odin OÜ Koolituskeskus has undertaken to protect customers' personal data, in this regard, Data Protection Terms have been prepared, which address the collection, storage, processing, use, publication and transmission of customer data. The processing of personal data is guided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the Personal Data Protection Act.

KWhen registering for training and providing training services, authorized school employees generally collect the following personal data:
first name, last name;
personal identification number;
telephone, e-mail, address;
employment status;
place of work/study;
level of education;
training needs;
preferences regarding learning conditions.

Nordic Odin OÜ Koolituskeskus needs this personal data to register the client for training, conclude a contract, prepare training materials, and, if necessary, to forward information to third parties (including the Unemployment Insurance Fund) and issue documents.
