We cooperate with the Unemployment Insurance Fund, which allows you to organize trainings within the framework of the Training Card and/or Work and Learn program, offering favorable conditions for your company. As part of the training allowance, the employer is compensated for training costs (including VAT). The compensation is paid for each training hour of the employee based on the minimum hourly wage rate in effect at the time the decision to issue the training allowance was made.
