1.1. The name of the training institution established by Nordic Odin OÜ Koolituskeskus (registration number 17511182) is Nordic Odin OÜ Koolituskeskus (hereinafter the Training Center), which, when ensuring the quality of in-service training, is based on the Adult Education Act, the company's business ethics, the articles of association and the principles of study organization.

1.2. The Training Center offers professional and non-formal in-service training for adults.

1.3. When conducting training and communicating with clients, each trainer must be guided by a value-based relationship, openness, honesty and willingness to help.

2.1 The Adult Education Act, the guidelines for compiling a continuing education curriculum and the continuing education standard shall be used in the preparation of curricula.

2.2 The curriculum of a training centre shall set out the following information:
1) name of the curriculum;
2) curriculum group;
3) objective and learning outcomes of the curriculum;
4) conditions for starting studies, if they are a prerequisite for achieving learning outcomes;
5) total volume of study, including the proportion of classroom, practical and independent work;
6) content of the study;
7) description of the learning environment;
8) list of learning materials, if learning materials are provided for completing the curriculum;
9) conditions for graduation and documents to be issued;
10) description of the qualifications, study or work experience necessary to carry out the training.

2.3 The curriculum is prepared based on the needs of the target groups, and each training must be practically oriented and help the target group achieve better and measurable results.

2.4 Each training has a reference to the current curriculum.

3.1. The training center conducts training in a classroom that meets health protection requirements. The classroom is equipped with modern presentation equipment (data projector, computer, etc.) and a blackboard.

3.2. In training organized by the training center, training materials are available in paper and/or electronic form.

3.3. The size of the training group depends on the training, but the goal is to ensure an individual approach throughout the entire learning process.

4.1 Lecturers must have higher professional and pedagogical education or have been actively involved in the field they teach and have relevant experience that they are able to prove.

4.2 The lecturer must prepare a subject map for each training according to the curriculum.

4.3 The lecturer shall submit feedback on the training results and suggestions for improvement to the Director of the Training Center after the training.

4.4 After receiving the feedback sheets from the students, the school management shall analyze both the training results and the content of the feedback sheets and make suggestions for improvement to the lecturer.

5.1 The Training Center asks participants for feedback and suggestions for improvement after each training. Feedback can be provided in writing on paper or digitally, as well as in the form of a video interview. We analyze the feedback received and use it to provide even higher quality training.

5.2 The Training Center collects the following data about the learners: name, e-mail, telephone number and personal identification number. Personal data is processed in accordance with §6 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
